Product Overview

Professional grade bug detector tracks down new and old wireless sources.

  • 6 channels of detection for different kinds of protocols: GSM, CDMA, 3G, 4G, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and Wi-Fi Max
  • Can be used for tracing both regular sources and illegal eavesdropping-devices
  • Robust interface for accurate location and signal type of RF sources
  • Durable metallic body
  • Microprocessor controlled

The DD1207i is a reliable tool for tracing different digital transmissions such as GSM, Bluetooth and other wireless transmissions (Cellphones and GPS transmissions). The sensitivity of a common RF detector (bug detector) is spread along a wide frequency range, usually 3, or even 6-7 GHz. This means the common detector cannot detect such weak and non-continuous signals as Bluetooth, Wi-Fi or Wi-Max. Even more powerful signals like GSM-1800 are also hard to detect because of their low sensitivity at higher frequency ranges.

Each detection type has its own bar graph to show signal strength. There is an attenuator button to use when honing in on a signal. In "display mode"” when a signal is detected the signal type will be shown in the "extra data" display. Also has silent, listen, visual, and vibration modes.

    High Quality Sweep Tool

Posted by Paul W on Sep 2nd 2019

I was really impressed when they demonstrated this in the store and now I really love it more. I am a private detective and sometimes asked to check for bugs. This is a great tool that lets me go and do a basic sweep for anything transmitting. I just turn off the wifi and cell phones and look for anything broadcasting. I even can tell them what kind of transmission I pickup when I find a signal.
